How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Log in to your dashboard, go to Settings → Billing, and click Cancel plan. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Email support@buzzcard.ma with your order details.

Do you offer discounts for students or NGOs?

Yes — email us from your institutional address and we'll apply a 50% discount on the Pro plan.

Is there an API?

A public API is on our roadmap for Q3 2026. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
