Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BuzzCard platform. By creating an account or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BuzzCard.

1. Who We Are

BuzzCard SARL ("BuzzCard", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated under Moroccan law, with registered office at Twin Center, Boulevard Zerktouni, Casablanca 20100, Morocco.

2. The Service

BuzzCard provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, customise, and share digital business cards accessible via unique URLs, QR codes, and NFC tags. The platform is available at https://app.buzzcard.ma and via our marketing website.

3. Eligibility

You may use BuzzCard if you:

  • Are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. BuzzCard is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You must notify us immediately at legal@buzzcard.ma if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes up to 1 digital card and 200 MB of storage. It may be discontinued or modified with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed annually at 200 MAD / year (inclusive of applicable taxes). Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for partial subscription periods. To request a refund email support@buzzcard.ma.

5.4 Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and retry for up to 7 days. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and any cards exceeding the Free limit will be deactivated (not deleted) until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BuzzCard to:

  • Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Distribute spam, phishing content, or malicious links.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Upload content that is obscene, hateful, or illegal under Moroccan law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use automated scraping or bulk-creation tools without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice where the breach is serious.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BuzzCard (photos, text, links, etc.). By uploading content you grant BuzzCard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish on your cards. BuzzCard does not review user content prior to publication.

8. Intellectual Property

The BuzzCard name, logo, platform design, and all underlying software are the exclusive property of BuzzCard SARL. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our brand assets or intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

BuzzCard integrates with third-party services (Cloudflare, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. BuzzCard is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.

11. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or a status banner on our website. BuzzCard is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, BuzzCard's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 500 MAD, whichever is greater.

BuzzCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzCard SARL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your licence to use the service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
